Research data management

As a flexible research infrastructure that is available for extensive collaborations, InnoHof needs a scalable IoT infrastructure that can cope with changing sensor configurations and increasing data storage and processing requirements.
The challenge of reliably connecting different locations, securely administering access rights for the numerous user groups and meeting their different requirements for transfer rates and computing capacity, securely storing the data and also operating the hardware from a sustainability perspective requires customised hardware and excellent data management.
The working group consists of FDM speakers who are also involved at national level in current initiatives within the framework of the NFDI, e.g. FAIRagro.
